These Terms govern your use of Adwise, a service for planning, creating, managing and reporting on advertising campaigns across supported platforms. By using Adwise, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, have authority to act for the business you register, and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login and for activity performed through your workspace.
2. Connected advertising platforms
You may connect advertising accounts through official authorization flows. You confirm that you are authorized to manage each connected account and agree to follow the applicable platform terms, advertising policies and laws.
3. Campaign approval and spend
Adwise may prepare drafts and recommendations. You remain responsible for reviewing targeting, creative, budgets, bids, landing pages and compliance before approving publication. Advertising charges are billed by the relevant platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Adwise to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing or discriminatory content; access accounts without permission; interfere with security; introduce malicious code; or violate a connected platform's policies.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit that content only as needed to operate Adwise and carry out your instructions. You confirm that you have the rights required to use the content.
6. Service availability
We work to keep Adwise available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific advertising results. Third-party platforms may change or restrict their APIs, permissions or services.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Adwise and disconnect platform access at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for security risks, material violations of these Terms, unlawful use or non-payment where applicable.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Adwise is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for campaign decisions and results. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for third-party platform actions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
9. Privacy and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Instructions for removing connected access and requesting deletion are available on our Data Deletion page.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will update the effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes through the Service or by email.
