adswise.Data Deletion
You can revoke Adwise's access to your advertising accounts and request deletion of your Adwise data at any time.
Request deletion from Adwise
- Email info@ads-wise.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Send the request from the email used for your Adwise account and identify the workspace or connected ad account.
- We will verify ownership, confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
Remove Meta access
- Open Facebook Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Open Business integrations or Apps and websites.
- Select Ads-Wise- Agent and choose Remove.
Removing the integration stops future access. To delete information already stored by Adwise, also submit the email request above.
Remove TikTok access
In TikTok Ads Manager, open the authorized-apps area of your account settings and revoke Adwise access. Also submit the email request above if you want stored Adwise data deleted.
What we delete
We delete connected-platform tokens, imported account data, campaign drafts, uploaded creative and workspace information associated with the verified request. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or financial reporting.
